Not sure where I'm supposed to put this, so I'm putting it here.
I have Crohn's disease and TMJ and the docs are trying me on some new medicines this week, and I'm not responding well. So far, all they've done is give me a never ending migraine and a very short temper (which is really saying something in my case), so I might be a bit slow to respond the next few days as I try and control some baser impulses and not just type the first thing that comes into my head.
Additionally, we're projected to lose power here during an ice storm today/tomorrow, so if I disappear for a day or two entirely, it's probably because I don't have internet.
I'll still try and respond to messages while there's power, but I also don't want to do anything stupid just because I'm grumpy. Should be back in the swing of things Sunday, Monday at the latest. I appreciate your patience.

I know people with Crohn's and it seems awful. Be well, we understand.

Thanks y'all. My problem is that I'm allergic to one of my regular meds, so every 3 months or so they have to adjust the dose (3 months on, 3 months off, 3 months on and so on) so that I can get as much benefit and as few problems as possible. But every time they do it I get so sick I end up sleeping in the bathroom for a day or two. And in the off months they almost always have something else for me to try, like now. But I'm over the initial detox/(re)introduction phase now, so I'm back.
